As a senior leader, Gayle draws on 25 years’ experience across multiple functional domains in Information Technology, Government and Financial Services, across organisations such as SAS Institute Pty Ltd. Gayle leverages her strengths within strategic planning, leadership development, sales, change leadership, executive coaching, and workplace transformation to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Driven to positively impact the lives of others, Gayle works with leaders, individuals and teams on critical initiatives that transform business outcomes and workplace cultures. Known for her ability to position organisations as a ‘Great Place to Work’, Gayle has a unique ability to create a ‘movement for change’.
Led by her belief that people are inspired to show up for causes that matter, she knows how to connect the desired business outcomes with what matters most to the individuals being impacted, successfully establishing buy-in and support at all levels.
As a coach she takes a similar approach, building on people's untapped strengths and potential to inspire action within leaders, teams and individuals to achieve sustainable change.
